Solve : IBM Eserver Question? |

Answer» Hello to the forum. I just recently purchased some computer items as UNCLAIMED warehouse freight and don't really KNOW much about them. I bought an IBM X-series E-server 8655-7RX, a SierraPro Pro-16 16V5SR (video router?) and a large locking and vented metal clam SHELL case for the server. All of this is circa 2004 and never were taken out of the box. I paid $500 for everything. I have done some searches, FOUND some info on the Sierra but not so much on the IBM. First, was this a good purchase. Second, is this equipment still viable and third, what would a ballpark WORTH on each of these items be? Thank you very much for reading this. |
