Good EVENING, how are you? Well I am still at the beginer level so I need little help from my seniors as YOU. I have basically three problems.

1- I got some plug-in tools from web, for example "MJ Polytool". I have seen a guy using these tools, when he was working in MAYA. I have seen there a menu named "MJ Polytools" which are not normally present in MAYA. I just want to KNOW how can I install these tools.

2- My second problem is Shaders. I need shaders of shining steel and transparent glass. Although I have some shaders of Glass but they are not of that kind which I need. So if you have any or you know any web SITE from where I can download these shaders, plz let me know. I have tried search in google but alas!!!!!

3- Third and last problem is that I have MADE a Lamp which is ON. I did place an "ambient light" INSIDE it. When I apply a material to it, I increased the "Glow Intensity" under special effects in Material Attributes, so that it emit light. The problem is that only the inner surface is glowing and the outer surface remains dark. How can I resolve it?
