Answer» I have a profile on a networking site, which have banned me for merely wanting to delete my profile. They have now reactivated my profile and have made all my photos public. They are also messaging other users from my profile. I have contacted the site owners/administrators and been told they WONT remove the profile and have sent me abusive emails in return. Anyone got any ideas as to what I should do or if there's a way to get my photos or profile off the site?? Really desperate for help!That is so strange, which site is this? Websites are communism. When you registered, you probably signed a magical agreement that said that the administrator has complete control over your account. They can choose to ban you even if you didnt break the rules. They can do whatever they want to. Its their website. What I can say: If they choose to take actions with no real thought behind them (heck, I banned all of Korea from my forum DUE to the high amount of SPAM I get from there...) all I can say is: More power to them, and if you dont like it, stop visiting their website, and dont recommend it to anyone else. Usually, webmasters email will be: [emailprotected] (Replace "site" with the web address) By Uploading Files Expecially photos to anything "facebook/myspace" it becomes "Facebook/myspace 's " Legal property and they can do whatever they want to it always read the t.o.s, and legal disclaimers that you agree too during signup.
