Answer» I have just installed a new monitor on my computer. Now I repeadly receive a message saying WINDOWS Explorer has encountered a problem and must close. I have spyware and antivirus software installed on my computer and do not think it is a VIRUS. I have attempted to download a driver from the monitors manufacturer, but they do not have the correct driver.
