It's called Schizophrenia...........maybe you should see a doctor.. Jk Are you saying that your monitor is blank when you turn on your computer? "people talking"? like an ADVERTISEMENT?Quote from: blockHEAD on August 11, 2009, 10:10:16 PM It's called Schizophrenia...........maybe you should see a doctor.. Your real funny!! =) What do you mean by blank when I turn on the computer? No it's not blank, it has all my icons and stuff in the background. But say if I go to a website or something and im doing something, I can hear people talking in the background, and then music plays and stuff, but there is nothing on the screen about that...And just to let you know....This is so not in my head!!! lol =)Do those websites have ads on the page? Some ads on web pages include sound and it's easy for the VIEWER to not notice that the ad may have a small icon to turn sound on or off. So, when you experience this mysterious source of music or voice, look closely at all content on the page, especially ads, to see whether any have little icons to turn sound or or off. Also, if you can post a specific web page where you noticed this, that would be helpful.Quote from: soybean on August 12, 2009, 09:06:35 AM Do those websites have ads on the page? You may want to visit the Virus forum here at Computer HOPE, following the pre posting instructions as best you can... In the mean, time.....download Malwarebytes here: HTTP://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?tag=mncol Also use Spybot Search and Destroy...Download here: http://download.cnet.com/Spybot-Search-amp-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html?tag=mncol Also, update your current anti-virus software and run a scan with it... Note about Spybot: Don't install the tea timer when doing the installation It is unnecessary for the purpose of running a manual scan and it will bring you grief And be sure that once you install these, update them before you run the scans.. post back if you have problems... |
