Did you restart computer? Do you have any sound (Windows, music CD, etc.) ? Any errors in Device Manager?does UR sound work on anythink else or just that one film it refuses to work on? if u dnt get no sound on anythnk check your drivers? check your soundcard? check if you need new codecs?
