Answer» Hi, Can anyone share with me what is the problem with my printer. It prompt out an error "User Intervention Required,printer offline"when i click the printer icon. i try restart my PC,but sadly the problems is still the same. I'm using a HP laserjet 1020 printer in a network.what are the possibilities it might be based on this situation. Thank youPrinter Offline? yes,this is a network printer,no paper jam.i its a network problem.
