Answer» I purchased the above referenced printer 7 months ago and everything has been working fine until today. When I go to print something, I get an error message stating that it the ink cartridge is incorrect. I've tried REBOOTING the COMPUTER, taking the cartridges out and placing them back in; it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?vthompsontx...... According to what I can see ...that printer should still be under warrantee ......... Contact HP or try the live online chat ...... |
