Solve : HP 1215 not accepting correct color cartridge(HP78)? |

Answer» My HP1215 will not accept the HP78 COLOR Ink that is designed for use. The MESSAGE reads "Use appropriate HP cartridge---Color cartridge not compatible". This is the cartridge designed for use. How do I FIX the problem??? Thanks-----Gary1234 Take it out and put it BACK in again. |
