I have a list of companies  and I'm seeking employment I have a cover LETTER and a RESUME that I want to fax to them I can look up every company to get every fax number or is there a easier way with software  also I need to put ceo,s name on cover letter of each company any idea'sNot sure why you would use fax for that nowadays, surely email is more appropriate.faxs goes straight to co it will be fax att ceo but finding a easy way to get fax numbers to the companies and ceo's without doing every single one by one is there a software or somthing Sending Resumes/CVs/Cover Letters directly to a company's CEO is the best way to make sure it is ignored. Even it does come to the attention of the CEO that attention is likely to be only long enough to try a 3 pointer in the bin.

Also it sounds like your cover letter is GENERIC and form-lettered. If you are going to have a Cover Letter, it should be written specifically for that company and demonstrate a genuine interest beyond "I like money" as why you want to work there.Yes, you need to make a good impression from the start.
Do some research and find what the company expects of applicants. They may have a policy of getting applications by conventional mail. f so, create a new letter for each company you want. Better yet, find out which companies are now hiring. Unless the company has a very small number of personnel, the CEO does not look at the incoming FAXES. Believe me. Aside from anything else, the first thing I would do if I were you is make sure the grammar in the resume is significantly better than that in your posts.
