Solve : How to turn off only Win hotkeys that use the RIGHT Win key?

Answer» https://www.nextofwindows.com/how-to-disable-any-specific-win-keyboard-shortcut-in-windows?unapproved=294596&moderation-ash=078b89d08b3106d9992818cda4eda901#comment-294596 claims that specific shortcuts can be disabled, but does not show how to distinguish between those using the left windows key and those using the right. I'd like to know how to turn off some that use the right windows key.  Alternatively, to 'delete' all the hotkeys and then to re-enable only the ones I want. You think the TWO WIN keys are  not the same thing.
I have never seen anything about that idea.

The two WIN keys hare not identified as unique tin the reference above.

The Windows logo key (also known as Windows-, win-, start-, logo-, flag-, or super-key) is a keyboard key which was originally introduced on the Microsoft Natural keyboard in 1994. This key became a standard key on PC keyboards. In Windows tapping the key brings up the start menu.

Does that HELP any? (There is more, but it is likely not what you EXPECT.)
