Answer» Western Digital told me to respond to a message by clicking on REPLY then insert the message between two LINES on their message. I moved the cursor between the lines and started to type. Nothing happens. Filled in the regular reply FORM and tried to DRAG and drop between the lines.Nothing happened. Can someone help me out please?Strange.... Have you scanned for viruses and Spyware?
