Have you got Adobe Reader installed - this is the program you need to view and print pdf EXTENSION files. It is available free here http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html If you have the viewer installed I know from experience they do not like viewing/printing whilst the file is still attatched to the email and are best saved to the HARD Drive to view/print
