Solve : How to erase login password? |

Answer» I have a laptop with Windows 8 and do not know the password to get onto the laptop. It is an email address. I tried Windows NT offline password and REGISTRY editor and I can see the users, I tell it to blank the password, RESTART the machine and the password still exists. I have another PROGRAM that is supposed to remove or change passwords but it says it can't see the operating system. Is there a way to remove the password so I can access the laptop?
