Solve : How to disable Windows SmartScreen in Windows 10??

Hi guys,

I'm having this TROUBLE: I can not disable WINDOWS SmartScreen in Windows 10.

I tried google and follow some guide, but after that i can not OPEN Edge, got this error "CANT be opened using the built-in administrator account"

Please give me some clues how can i solve this problems! Quote

Error message suggests that microsoft added a failsafe to the admin account. Try creating a different user account with admin privileges and see if that works. That one wont be as HEAVILY protected by the system maybe.
