Solve : how much is this worth??

Answer»

I have a Pc that i want to sell and i dont know how much its worth

Intel Pentium 4 CPU
1.5 G RAM
Windows XP Professional Operating System
ATI Radeon Sapphire 9250 Videocard
2x80G (Not Connected yet), 40G Hard Drive's
Creative Soundblaster Live! Sound Card
200W Power Supply
4xCD/DVD Drive's (Not Connected)
In Mid ATX Case
Monitor, Keyboard and Trackball Mouse
GE Easycam Pro WebcamI hate to say it, but that 200w power supply is a big red flag. Are you sure it's 200w? I've seen several 250w power supplies (which most people consider underpowered) ,but never a 200w.Quote from: rthompson80819 on August 19, 2010, 11:39:18 PM

Never mind I looked at the spec's and its actually a 185W which is even worse. I have a 300W but when i plug any hard drives on it emits a LOUD PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!! NOISE that gets really aggravating£30 or so?
As for the PSU, OEMs usually supply prebuilt machines with the bare minimum. Dell PSUs tend to be very good and actually udnerrated, so a 200W Dell can reliably provide more power than it's rated to, but other OEMs tend to use very low quality units.
I'm guessing this is an OEM machine by the specs.
