As far as the domain is concerned it is registered to us until 2007, and it is registered with Pipex Communications UK Ltd (I checked this on netnames.co.uk)
Now I have sent all this info to Pipex support - but they can't/won't help.
There must be an answer to this!I'm afraid you're going to have to GET pushy. They ARE hosting your EMAIL, domain and web service. You will therefore have to go up the chain of command until you can speak to someone who will listen. The first thing I would do on next calling is say, "I have a problem, which unfortunately the technical support team appear not to be able to RESOLVE. It's quite important, so could I please speak to a supervisor?"
If the supervisor is USELESS, ask to speak to his/her supervisor, etc.And should he expect a retro bill when he STATES he has not been paying?Without a contract? I think not. That's why you are my favorite barrister.
