Good luck To me the error code appears to be indicating that HD sound drivers are being installed when there is no COMPATIBLE hardware, or if there is HD hardware then the sound card or BIOS may not be configured correctly to accept HD audio.DeltaSlaya - I second that.. If the OP ever comes back hopefully we'll get the info or at the very least the make/model of the laptop so we can do a bit of research.
