Are going to sights on library and school computers and so on and so farth, there should be no reason to want to hide and ip address only in very few cases people should need to change there ip like if they want to go to a sight but they have a new ip the previous user of that ip was banned so there also banned are if you worried about internet sucurity when you see stuff like computercommandos logo that shows your operating system internet provider and ip address but hiden an ip i don't think makes you any less amune to viruses and other threats but Unpluggin your modem and cords for 5 minutes might change it you could try it overnight if that doesn't work WEB proxys will hide them.
