Please provide the way you have your network set up and how did you configure the router ? Do you have a broadband connection ...and what D/L speed are you getting ? dl65 One must be too far away from the router... Do you have two stories in your house? A lot of MIRRORS? Flamecpu donwtstairs is connected to router, 2meg broadband from telewest, the upstairs computer is connected to router using a usb adapter also the signal shows up as excellent so i dont think it's the distance im not SURE on the router set up, i basically followed the installation cd i set it up to be a wireless access point if thats what u mean :S bascially when one computer is using the internet, the other one has a very limited internet connection also realised that the modem downstairs is linked through the router, and internet connection is still active after unplugging the modem from the computer...just thought i better add that in... Have you tried having Windows "repair" the connection? Flameyeah couple of times will tyr again though got it working now, but some SITES will not come up on the pc...finding it all very confusing Have you tried cutting-off power to the modem as well and the router and then restoring power?
