Answer» Hey I just now realized that when ever I watch a VIDEO (YouTube, Mega video, Google etc.) It always fast forwards until were the buffering has STOPPED that continues until it reaches the buffering spot again. Now i think this is a setting on the laptop i have because it doesn't do it for a specific site or video. The laptop is a Dell Intel Core 2 Duo Latitude E6500 If ANYONE can help me with this problem please post Thank you in advance It depends on what connection you have. If on average or below 1Mbps and sometimes you have to CLEAR browser's cache/temp files and cookies. It could also be on the browser version itself or what you are currently using .
