Ok, I dont know what happened but my Task MANAGER is messed up. I press CTRL-ALT-DEL and instead of the plain ol task manager all I get is a box with Running Processes. No tabs, no File, Options, View, bar; not even the minimize or X box to close the window. Please tell me there is a way to fix this? I can not figure it out!Out of interest - start Task manager these other two ways - just to see if the result is the same .

1) - Hover on an empty part of task bar and right click and select task manager.

2) - --> Start - run - taskmgr.exeI love the old favourites... the good ol' task manager in "tiny footprint mode"...

Task manager has two display modes, normal and tiny footprint.

1. Normal mode (tabs, menu bar, TITLE bar etc)



2. Tiny footprint mode



To restore normal mode, double-click in the border around the edge.



To switch to tiny footprint mode, double click the border of the area below the tabs
