Solve : Help with Outlook please!? |

Answer» I am running Outlook 2000 on Windows XP pro, but as I am SOMEWHAT of a novice I have FILLED up my .PST files with 2 GB's of (whatever....) and my program is frozen. I cannot send nor receive email. Nor can I delete email. I get a window that says my"Documents and settings\etc etc \ application data\ microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst can not be accessed" Does anyone know a way I can delete some of the unnescessary accumulation or anything I can do to RECLAIM this program? Thankstry it in SAFE mode |
