Solve : Help with a batch file??

Hi, I'm creating a BATCH file, it's actually a lab, and I can't quite figure out why it wont 1) close the window when it's done, and 2) create a file on my C drive. Any input is appreciated.

The commands are:
@echo off
ipconfig /all >> c:\mybatch.txt
netstat -a >> c:\mybatch.txt
arp -a >> c:\mybatch.txt
