Answer» I try to open my Windows Explorer and nothing happens! Then my Windows desktop clears all the icons and then they COME back, but still no windows explorer! Has anyone any answers to fix this? Thanks!more info on operating system........but you can try..this if you wish....go to the control panel add/remove/windows programs........now click internet explorer ..remove...now a splash screen will appear..chose repair..or get firefox browser...or on boot HOLD down the f8 KEY and chose the LAST good config and always scan for bugs..malware/spyware/scumware and good luck..This may be caused by a pop-up blocker program. If you have a pop-up blocker, disable it. If you have Windows XP turn off the pop-up blocker in TOOLS / Pop-up blocker.
