1.	Solve : Having problems with Windows XP?
Answer» Whenever I start/restart my COMPUTER, a message box comes up saying: "Cannot find file "C:\WINDOWS\inet23d\services.exe" There are a few PROGRAMS that I am UNABLE to open (I double click on them and nothing happens) and some programs have just flat out disappeared. Any help is greatly appreciated.Scan for viruses, trojans and SPYWARE.
