Answer» Smart Defrag 100% Freeware I use it on my desktop, and laptop.Same here. thank you again for your help , harryDefraggler iObit is good if you want an auto-defrag but I can't see adding a process (which uses resources) in order to gain performance. Seems like one would cancel out the other.Quote from: evilfantasy on May 06, 2009, 03:43:58 PM iObit is good if you want an auto-defrag ...that can be disabled.I have it running all the time, and according to Task Manager, it uses 0% of CPU, and not even 5MB of RAM: Quote from: Broni on May 06, 2009, 04:34:32 PM I have it running all the time, and according to Task Manager, it uses 0% of CPU, and not even 5MB of RAM: Interesting. I still can't get my head around it though I do like it and trust it, I INSTALL iObit on my relatives computers who don't know or care about maintenance. Keeps me from having to make a trip over for slow surfing issues...Believe me, I'm always concern about not necessary things running on my computer, but in this case, I'll trade 5MB of RAM for a headache of remembering about defragging. BRONI you will see there is a big difference between your settings along the bottom and mine , the 3rd from bottom is very high i have seen it as far as 98% and i do not have a clue what it is , harry JUST FOUND OUT , these are what i found when i went to goggle for ( Fahcore_ao.exe ) , something to do with [emailprotected] but i think i should take it out , i think this is whats holding back my folding @home from working http://forums.extremeoverclocking.com/t242637.html http://www.siteduzero.com/forum-83-125569-p1-folding-home-aider-la-science.html http://www.aoaforums.com/forum/samuknows-aoa-folding-home-team/45175-gpu2-client-for-nvidia-cards-5.html [attachment deleted by admin]Quote and according to Task Manager, it uses 0% of CPU How much of the CPU, dear Broni, gets used when you actually turn on the computer?
