Answer» This is not really a problem compared to REAL PROBLEMS people have on here but has anyone ever seen your hard drive free space fluctuate without making any changes? Mine goes up and down between 5 to 10 gigs every two to five days on my laptop and my desktop. Should I be worried? My specs on the desktop Specs on the laptop 320 GB Seagate Barracuda SATA 120 GB WD BEVS ATA Nvidia 8600 GTS Nvidia GForce 7150m 4GB DDR2 RAM 667 MHz 3GB DDR2 soDimm AMD Live 64x2 4400 2.3 GHz AMD Turion 64x2 2.0 GHzSounds like VOLUME shadow copy/previous versions and/or system restore, saving NEW checkpoints/copies and deleting older checkpoints/shadow copies.Yeah Thanks, I forgot about about that. It just seemed like a bit much and the fact I had NEVER seen it fluctuate in such large amounts before. So it had me kind of baffled.
