Solve : Google screen black top?

I turned on my computer this AM and found a black belt across the top of my GOOGLE page.  It covers the area at the top that ssays . .  Web, Images, Video, Maps, shopping, mail, more.  Can anyone tell me how to remove it.   
THX  So does mine. Looks cool.What browser are you using? Can you post an image or a screenshot? Is it only on google site?

Thanks for sharing the article LINK Bromide, the black bar is really ANNOYING! I like the original WHITE and clean.
At least google should put some option to go back to its original if people don't like it.
