Solve : Google earth server login failed? |

Answer» every time I open Google Earth I have to wait for a SERVER login message to go, but then I get a alert message TELLING me: we were unable to login to the server to activate your account. For info on how to solve the problem would you like to run a diagnostic test? .etc. What type of Internet connection do you have ? ?broadband wired. I use a Zyxel Prestige 600 router. Quote Try unplugging the modem for a minute or so then plug it back in and wait around 3 minutes for it to re-set...I've actually tried this a few times. My connection has a habit of switching off for no reason so I usually have to reset it at least once a day. I tried it again with no luck.this is still open if anyone's interested. I should PROBABLY add that I'm having a few other PROBLEMS connecting to other servers too, like Java downloads. In that instance, it only happens when I'm downloading from a program on my PC, like an upgrade for Java, or an mmorpg that requires an upgrade to play. They all tells me that I can't connect to the server.Do you have a firewall program installed ? ? If so check to see what is being blocked. If not is this a recent development ? ? You may want to DLoad install and run Hijack This...save the log as a text file and post it in the Virus and Spyware section here...
