It keeps crashing! Why???More info needed.

1.) When does it crash?
2.) What error message(s)?
3.) What OS are you running Vista or 7 and which version?
4.) Have you tried connecting to this same site that crashes using IE, and if so any problems?
5.) Which version of Chrome are you using?Every day. I am using Windows 7. Something pops up that has 2 lines. One says do you want to CLOSE down, The other says it is working to help. It often has a SMALL blue spinner. I have never tried going to IEWell, try IE. Does it work?

LACK of DETAIL Post of the MONTH Finalist...It does not seem that IE has it. But I really like Google Chrome.
