We are using it at the moment. I have another one of my own. Free and open source, go beyond your imagination. Do whatever you want.I've used http://www.phpbb.com/. I did not download it; I installed it from the web host's admin panel, but you can download it from http://www.phpbb.com/. Worked fine for me. I've never used YaBB, so can't comment on how they compare from an admin viewpoint.
