If not Call MS as suggested.I entered the PRODUCT key on the official sticker on the back when I reinstalled. Now Microsoft has rejected it - after dozens of automatic updates as WELL. GUESS I will be phoning them.I reentered the product key this morning and it successfully activated WINDOWS. Myst have mistyped.
