This is driving me NUTS!!! Four days ago, my Yahoo email inbox told me I had four messages. There were only three there. When I deleted the three after reading them, one still remained as UNOPENED. Every time I log in since then, it's still shows an unopened email though it is nowhere to be found. Any ideas?

Have you tried clearing out your Browser Cache?

In Internet Explorer:
Press the ALT key once to display the program menues (This only needs to be done in IE 7 and
CLICK Tools> Internet Options> and under "Browsing History" click "Delete", and click "Delete All".

In FireFox, click Tools> "Clear Private Data"

This might not be a problem with your computer, and it could be a problem with Yahoo. In that event, you will need to contact Yahoo Mail technical support. I get this once in a while with Yahoo mail and Hotmail both. I haven't seen it persist more than 24 hours though.

Are there any mails in the inbox now? If so, try marking all of the emails as unread, clear your cache, then mark them all as READ again.
