Only "Garena Plus" & "Limbo" icon AVAILABLE and they are on Drive C, the other missing icon was located in Drive D.
Only missing icon, all the games work fine when i clicked it TWICE, run perfect.
I did try to change the icon from the properties, but it doesn't work.

Avira was always updated and running, windows 7 ultimate.

I just rebuild the icon cache database.Good for you.
If you will tell how you did it, this thread will help others.
It is a common problem.
How did ou rebuild the icon database in Windows 7?
I made this in notepad then save it as .bat then run it.
