Did you change it lower or higher?This could be a little too DRASTIC but you may wish to consider using the Windows Magnifier, a great Windows program that will magnify anything on your screen to as big as you want it.

You can access it by doing the below steps.

Click Start, Programs, Accessories, Accessibility, and then magnifier.
