The fonts on my computer have always been crisp looking, but as of today they've become "fuzzy"(like a bad .JPEG image or something) with a glow around them. I've tried restarting my computer multiple times, which hasn't done anything. Also have increased/decreased the font size and it STILL stays the same Dx
It's not just on the INTERNET, but all over my computer-- even in paint my writing gets a glowy look to it. Images are getting slightly blurred/glowy too.

Is my poor '98 begining it's slow desent into death? ;__;
COULD this just be a moniter problem?
I haven't installed/uninstalled anything in over a month now.The image you put up looks normal to me, can you try another monitor as a test?
