Solve : front panel light permanantly on?

Answer» Hi all, my hard drive light on the front panel of my case now remains on constantly, it only goes off on initial boot up during test SCREEN then stays on, no flashing. i can hear the hard drive kick in when i perform an OPERATION and stop when it is complete. it was working fine. any body any idea's?? andytom...... How long has this been going on ? Have you been INSIDE the case doing ANYTHING ? dl65 only a couple of days, i bult the system myself a couple of weeks AGO and all was well, i have checked for loose conections, swapped power LED for HDD LED to make sure it wasnt cable or the LED its self but it still does it with that one. so i am asuming it must be something to do with HDD or motherboard!!??
