If your SITE "breaks frames", it dissolves any frames on the page and leaves only your page. Google "web frames" or something similar for a definition of frames. The term is usually encountered in connection with this: certain web sites (e.g. About.com) refer PEOPLE to other web sites. They will enclose the other website in a frame, LEAVING their own logo ETC. at the top of the page. "Breaking frames" usualy means getting rid of the About.com bit and leaving the other website in the browser on its own.
