Solve : Formating my MP3 player....?

Answer»

have you tried a high powered magnet?? that always seems to to work. lol jkYou know, I actually do have 2 rare earth magnets lying around somewhere....

Zylstra, I can't seem TOP find anything about my mp3 player here (i.e. CommodoreCorp home), or any other sites that it links to.

My exact model: Commodore CO-C.MUSE 3Have you visited the manuf. site ? ?

Every page i visited didn't translate very well...That website is terrible.
It sends you through rings of fire to get to one single product

After more loops... I found this:
http://www.commodoreworld.com/world/Sitewide/Contactform.aspx

Might be a great last-resort plan Well, guess what?

Heh..... they never told me that... I'll try looking through their site and see if I can find something. I'll get you posted. It's not looking good...

Well, when I tried to email them (using the email address supplied in my mp3 MANUAL), it returned my mail... so much for that...

But still, SupportPlus China Ltd. is open..... and Yay! It's not in CHINESE!

Um...

This section of our website will be online soon. Thank you for your patience.

So I've reached a dead end (again.). Or so it seems. Any last-ditch errors anyone is willing to offer? A last resort? A computer shop.A computer shop? I think I'll pass...When you contact Support, if they go all:
"Man, you just messed it right then and there, unplugging it before it was properly ejected"
I recommend that if the first ATTEMPT goes bad, try again, without telling them that it was unplugged incorrectly.
