My absolute favorite Holiday is upon us...

No commercialisation...no presents...no issues.

Just the pleasure of being surrounded by Family, friends and those that are important in your life...

Take the time to count your blessings and look hard at all that you really have to be thankful for.

Here's wishing all of you and your friends and Loved Ones a very Happy Thanksgiving...

patio.Thats not interly true there are a few movies but not that much at all about commericalism. We don't celebrate Thanksgiving ... but I HOPE those that do, enjoy it.Quit ruining the kindness in Patio's heart with your MOVIES!

Even though most of my indirect relatives aren't coming... Oh well...Ha, we're ahead of the game, thanksgiving was on Oct 25th In canada.

Which makes sense! given it's about all that jazz with the natives in the NEW world (my guess is before they were given small-pox ridden blankets) Quote from: patio on November 26, 2008, 11:27:46 AM
No commercialisation

*cough* turkey industry *cough*

Have fun  Not exactly the thankful wishes i was expecting but enjoy nonetheless...

patio.I think patio has been testing the egg nog. I'm just thankful that I'm alive and well, and that I get to eat turkey on this day. But hey, did anybody buy anything on Black Friday?NO!

I spent enough years in retail working on that sacred day. I avoid it at all costs. No, I don't think Patio's under the influence of eggnog.  I think he has the right idea.

In FACT, I hope his idea CATCHES on, and lasts the rest of this holiday season.I had ham, which goes against the tradionally thanksgiving thought ha ha ha On your page patio ..... there is much to celebrate (well for a bit longer maybe) ..... and turkey is good!

It's a day GONE now but totally backatcha dude.
