Basically TOOLS REQUIRED: flashlight, small screwdriver, TWEEZERS, or needle nose pliers. And a steady hand and some patience and care not to do more damage. When all else fails I suggest having the drive replaced. Honestly they are quite inexpensive and not very difficult to install.
