Answer» I recieved a DELL Mini 10v for Christmas this year. I took it out TODAY, set it on a table and plugged the charger in. I then turned it on and it loads and goes to a black screen with the Microsoft logo on it with "Please Wait..." below it. It just sits there like that and does NOTHING else. What could I do to fix this/ what is the problem?LET it charge for a few HOURS with the screen closed...then try again.I'll try that. Thanks. |
