Solve : find the creation time of the file?

1.	Solve : find the creation time of the file?
Answer» I TIRED with some possibilites to find the creation time of the FILE ,but nothing WORKED out fine.It is showing the INODE change time or the last modified time . Does the solution exist for this ?No; Linux only tracks the modification time. Obviously if the file has never been modified, this will be equal to the creation time, but that is not guaranteed.
