Answer» I FINALLY got my PowerBook running! And I found a decent web browser for OS 9 (mind you it's far from nice, it freezes all the time, but then again it is IE)!
Full Specs: Apple Macintosh PowerBook G3 Series (Wallstreet) 233MHz PowerPC G3 Processor (no L2 cache lol) 64MB RAM (PC-100 SO-DIMM) 12GB HD (IBM Travelstar 12GN) 13.3" TFT LCD Mac OS 9.0.4
Yes... I know it's pathetic... and web browsing is horrible. Thank God it's not my main laptop! If I could get it to run OS X again it would be semi-useful but in it's CURRENT state... plus can you imagine running OS X on only 64MB RAM??? It used to have 192MB but i cannibalized the 128MB SODIMM for my real laptop.
I am, in FACT, writing this post with it.
-JohnWindows only works on brand new Macs with Intel processors, usong Boot Camp It won't work on a G3, or anything like thatCorrect
I happen to dislike Macs for reasons that take to long to disclose in this message, and THEREFOR, I encourage you to view this video : http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-773770276749807883&q=Apple+Mac
And well your at it : http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2964751562925463883&q=Wii
BTW: You might want to try FireFox as a web browser for your MacI couldn't find firefox for classic Mac OS... and yes, I know i can't install windows on it (and even if i could i wouldn't).
