Mscomctl.ocx insterad?
That file was part of Microsoft Visual BASIC 6.0

How long have you been posting here? Surely you know that we need actual information.

-What were you doing? Trying to START an APPLICATION? What Application? Did you try reinstalling it?

If you are on Windows x64 it should be in C:\Windows\syswow64. If you are on 32-bit Windows it will be in C:\Windows\System32. However, that is assuming that whatever program you are trying to run installed it properly.
