Answer» Hello, My PC:TOSHIBA Satellite L650 K1U So i wanted to restore my pc to factory settings. I followed the INSTRUCTION but i dont had hdd recovery,so i cant choose restore factory settings. If you are saying there is no recovery partition on your hd, and if they did not provide a recovery disc with your system, you'll need to contact Toshiba.I WOULD CHECK at the Toshiba website...most laptops have a hidden restore partition that resets everything back to Day 1 status... Ihe instructions for using it will be listed.
