Solve : Exchange Server 2010 Installation?

I have INSTALL WINDOWS Server 2008 Standard edition and I am trying to Install EXCHANGE Server 2010 but it is not ALLOWING me to install. some 64-Bit error.

I had install Windows XP (dual OS) 32 bit and Windows Server 2008.
How can i install Exchange server 2010.
