Hi,

I have an Epson stylus cx5500 printer that will not print...... The ink ranout so I replaced it and RESTARTED the computer and printer. Although I have just PUT a new ink cartridge in the printer it is still saying that there is no ink! Does anyone know how I can reset the ink LEVELS or fix this problem?? Please help!!Generally speaking the fault you are having is related to an IMPROPERLY seated ink cartridge. Remove it and reinsert it (may take a few tries). Also remove the power SUPPLY to the printer (when it is off) and leave it a few minutes and then re-power it.truenorth
