I have Epson Stylus 825 printer loaded with driver and programs that came with printer. When I turn on computer I get Found New Hardward Wizard with following msg: Cannot install this HARDWARE: Epson SP825 Storage USB Device. Error msg is: One of the filterdrivers installed for this device is invalid. I have contacted Epson customer service and they have had me UNINSTALL and reinstall software several times always with the same result. I have downloaded most RECENT software from their web site, uninstalled and installed with the same result. The printer seems to be working OK.  Can anyone offer a solution?
